The Oil Adventure Begins

Almost a year ago, I attended an Essential Oil class with my dear friend Pam.  She'd heard about using essential oils and wanted to check it out.  I agreed to tag along, just to see what I could learn.  The presentation was fabulous and oils smelled so wonderful.  I could see how they could benefit me and my family.  But, I still wasn't sure.  $150.00 was a lot of money!  I didn't sign up that day, I had to think about it and figure out where I could get the money for the Starter Kit.

There were cheaper kits, but they didn't come with the oils and the fabulous diffuser!  If I was going to do it and get the most benefit....I needed to talk to the Hubby and get his take on it and find some$$$.  

Armed with my catalog, I went home and made my case.  Hubby thought it was a bunch of "hooey", as he called it.  He didn't think that oils would be beneficial or worth the $150.00 price tag.  I told him that I wanted to try them out and in the grand scheme of things this was about what we would spend for a night out with friends (nice dinner, movie, and out for drinks)!  If it helped, then it was a good investment, If it didn't...well, we'd have to skip a night out with friends!  He relented and told me to go ahead if I thought they were worth it.

I jumped at the chance, and ordered my kit (as soon as I got paid)!  I waited anxiously for it to arrive.  I started to research what I could do with the magic oils coming in my kit.  I haven't looked back once and said, "Hmm, that wasn't a good decision!"    It's been more like, what can I order to help with ....this or that!
